01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pk365com ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk365com.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

Access to or use of any feature of the pk365com Platform — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or contacting customer support — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 02 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the pk365com Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of pk365com or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners;
• Not be self-excluded from the pk365com Platform or any associated gaming network at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process.

pk365com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds remaining in the account handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pk365com account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk365com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances therein without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any additional details requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365com login credentials, including your password and one-time passcodes (OTPs). You must notify pk365com support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. pk365com shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

pk365com is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk365com may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pk365com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Raast / 1LINK. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at pk365com's discretion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published within the pk365com account cashier. These limits are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. pk365com aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within a few hours; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically completed within one business day. pk365com does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to payment provider procedures or regulatory requirements.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pk365com does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated pk365com account suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pk365com are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a pk365com account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for that bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pk365com reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using systematic betting strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, only one bonus may be active on a pk365com account at any given time. Depositing while an existing bonus is active may affect the application of a new bonus.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the pk365com Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

pk365com's sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL betting, are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or void event, settlement will be conducted in accordance with the pk365com sportsbook rules published within the Platform.

All games offered by pk365com utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by the respective game studios. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and casino game are accurate representations of the long-term statistical payout for that game. Individual session outcomes will vary and past results do not guarantee future returns.

Bets placed in error, including accidental duplicate bets, are the responsibility of the player. pk365com is not obligated to cancel or reverse a bet once it has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform. 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk365com Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification;
• Operating more than one pk365com account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain; any winnings derived from a known error are void;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction on pk365com in connection with illegal activity;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true identity or location;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk365com staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the pk365com Platform.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk365com Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk365com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk365com Platform without prior written authorisation from pk365com.

Any unauthorised use of pk365com intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action to recover damages.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

pk365com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the pk365com Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk365com implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. Financial and personal data is stored on secured servers with restricted access. pk365com does not sell your personal information to third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk365com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

pk365com does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect Platform availability.

pk365com's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk365com's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pk365com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against pk365com;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party with legal standing;
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal requirements necessitating the closure of accounts in specific jurisdictions.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may voluntarily close your pk365com account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk365com holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk365com Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk365com customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk365com may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk365com will provide notice to registered players via the Platform's notification system or via the email address associated with your account, where applicable.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the pk365com Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
